RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Inkqb8a would like you to be happy with the purchases that you make. As a consumer, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure or for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
* All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
* Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
* Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
* Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
* Final sale items can not be returned for a refund unless deemed incorrect or faulty.
*Final sale items shipping are non refundable and are at the cost of the consumer unless deemed incorrect or faulty.
Change of Mind – (Not inlove)
If you are unsatisfied with your purchased item (wrong size, wrong colour etc) you may exchange the item or obtain a store credit within 30 days of purchase. You must provide to us the following:
* returned goods (post or instore) – with tags attached;
* the payment details (refunds can only be paid to the credit card used at purchase).
*goods that have been worn will not be accepted for change of mind.
You must return all goods with original packaging. For change of mind you must pay the postage costs or return instore for free.
FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
Does Not Match Description / Faulty Goods
If you have purchased an item from Inkqb8a and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure that you provide us with your order number and any relevant information such as photos, so that our team are able to conduct a thorough investigation.
Once an investigation has been completed a member of our team will contact you to discuss how to return the product with no charge to you.
When an item has been returned (post or instore) after an investigation, you may request one of the following:
* Full Refund;
* Replacement; or
* Store Credit.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We will accept or decline cancellations of any orders place at oursole discretion. Should you wish to cancel an order placed we must be immediately notified in writing before the goods have been shipped. If the goods have been shipped we reserve the right to refuse the order cancellation request or charge a cancellation fee should we be unable to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
